US Army PEO Aviation Multi-National Aviation Special Projects Office (MASPO)

AI was awarded the multiple-award indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (MA ID/IQ) contract for third-party logistics (3PL) of non-standard rotary-wing aircraft by the U.S. Army Multi-National Aviation Special Project Office (MASPO). AI will procure and deliver materials including equipment, supplies, and related services to support critical weapon systems managed by MASPO and the Program Executive Office – Aviation in support of foreign military sales and security cooperation programs. The first two delivery orders are scheduled for Huey II aircraft parts to support allied forces in Kenya and Uganda. AI’s 3PL best practices ensure quality, engineering, safety, inventory management/controls, material tracking, and delivery confirmation to meet MASPO’s requirements. The 6-year, $44 million-ceiling 3PL contract continues AI’s legacy of advancing the PEO Aviation and MASPO’s mission.

General Services Administration (GSA)

The GSA awarded its contracts for the purchase of model-year 2022 light-duty vehicles. The awards include both fossil-fuel-powered vehicles and zero-emission vehicles (ZEVs). GSA is the mandatory source for non-tactical vehicles purchased by executive agencies in the United States. The AI team was awarded a 5 year IDIQ program in support of the GSA in the amount of $710,356,563 to provide sedans, light trucks, SUV’s, and law enforcement upgraded vehicles to all government agencies with a period of performance starting November 8, 2021, through November 7, 2026. The GSA Fleet program purchases over $1.5 billion each year in high-quality vehicles and automotive services while saving money for federal agencies and taxpayers. The AI team is proud and honored to be a member of the GSA team and program.

Prime Contracts

Tank-Automotive & Armaments Command (TACOM)

In support of FMS customers, AI is acted as a prime contractor on the TACOM Simplified Non-Standard Acquisition Program (SNAP). This contract supported obsolete, long-lead time, hard-to-fill requirements that are typically small-quantity, low-dollar spares or repair parts (threshold < $250K per transaction).

Combat Capabilities Development Center (CCDC) Aviation and Missile Center (AvMC) Prototype Integration Facility (PIF)

AI served as a prime contractor on the CCDC AvMC Prototype Integration Facility (PIF) Blanket Purchase Agreement in support of ground and aircraft design, development, fabrication, systems integration, modifications, subsystem/system level analysis, testing, field retrofits, and sustainment support both locally and abroad. This contract provided Focused–Rapid Response Prototyping, Engineering, Manufacturing, & Technical Support.

Defense Logistics Agency (DLA)

Due to our certified QMS and superior performance standards, AI is an approved DLA Qualified Suppliers List Distributor (QSLD). AI routinely supports DLA Aviation, Land & Maritime, and Troop Support requirements.

Fort Bragg, Blanket Purchase Agreement

AI served as prime contractor for two BPAs for Fort Bragg, NC, providing hardware and electrical components. AI has procured and managed electrical components that directly supported aircrew safety and the daily aircraft operations at Simmons Army Airfield.

Sub-Contracts

Light Helicopter Product Office

AI supported the UH-72 Lakota platform with technical expertise on program management software as well as executed a Health Usage Monitoring System (HUMS) installation and evaluation.

Utility Helicopter Project Office

Through our different contract vehicles, AI supported UHPO through procurement of specialized mission equipment for foreign partner customers.

Aviation Missile Command (AMCOM) Logistics Support Facility Management Activity (LSFMA)

AI served as an Aerospace Gold Supplier for the AMCOM LSFMA primes such as SES, Tyonek, and Yulista, which directly benefits all DoD, OGA, and FMS aviation customers. The LSFMA IDIQ provides design, complex engineering, system integration, precision manufacturing, aircraft modification, and testing for aviation systems owned or supported by the Program Executive Office (PEO) Aviation, and other AMCOM customers.
