Bill Parsons

Vice President, OperationsAviation Maintenance, Engineering, and Test Pilot professional with over 45-years of experience. Retired from the U.S. Army after 27 years as an Army Experimental Test Pilot on AH-1F, UH-1H, OH-58 A, B, C, D aircraft. Second career in commercial aviation that included Chief Operating Officer at Arista Aviation and Science and Engineering Services with responsibility for aircraft engineering, maintenance management, repair, overhaul, retrofit, conversion, and modernization operations. These efforts included day to day maintenance operations in the conduct of maintenance and modification of CH-47D, UH-60A/L/M and UH-1 aircraft supporting the U.S. Army, U.S. State Department, and Foreign Military Sales Customers.Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanics and Maintenance Management from Trinity University, and a Doctorate in Business Administrations from Liberty National University.


Maura Staten

Executive Director & Director of QualityMaura Staten has 39 years of experience in business management with a core focus in the Aerospace/Defense Industry. She has extensive experience in Procurement, Business Operations, Federal Regulations including International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and Import-Export regulations, Supply Chain Management, and Quality Control. Maura has managed multiple complex projects with as many as 200 employees at numerous locations.

Serving as the Director of Acquisition Integration’s Distribution Division, Maura directs all policy, procedure, and operational aspects of the distribution center. She ensures timely management execution and cost-efficient delivery of inventory, receiving, quality inspections, warehouse/facilities operations, package & labeling, national and international shipping, and freight-forwarding,

In her role as Director of Quality at Acquisition Integration, she serves as the company's ITAR and Quality Management Representative. Maura provides training and ensures compliance to Acquisition Integration’s Counterfeit and Suspect material, ITAR Compliance, Import-Export Compliance, NIST 800-171 Cybersecurity, and Business Continuity Programs.
